My number one experience occurred at EFY [Especially for Youth]. I went to it after my sophomore year of high school, which had been a really tough year for me. EFY was more of a series of testimony strengthening moments; the week was just awesome. At our classes one speaker spoke on how we are never alone because Christ is always with us. I had walked into that class with the question of how I could feel less lonely. Although I’d heard that message before, this time I felt so strongly that it was true. In that moment I could feel the Spirit and I felt so comforted. I often reread the notes from that class and I always can feel the Spirit as I do.
