From the 2007 Rochester, MN Stake History

The Elders Quorum helped a family (the Sivertsons) move into the ward on February 11th. This was one of the coldest days of the winter. The family was supposed to arrive the prior evening, but due to weather, didn’t arrive until late. As EQ President, I was concerned that Brother Sivertson would start to unload on his own. We had Ward Council that morning that wrapped up at 7am. With church at nine am, rather than arrange for a move in the afternoon, the move was arranged at 7:30 a.m. The night before, an All Hands call was made to the entire Elders quorum. By the time those that attended Ward Council arrived at about 7:15, the truck was 80% unloaded. With the temperature a frigid 10 degrees below zero and the wind chill at 37 degrees below zero, 27 members helped the family move in. The move was completed in 30 minutes and the Sivertson family was welcomed into the ward. At that moment, as the leader, I was astounded at the amazing outpouring of love shown by those families to be there at that time and show the love for the Lord.
